Flickered
I turn off the lights and I just,
Want to lie down all the busts
Emptiness filled the dark and
Suddenly you flickered with a wand
I close my eyes and I focus
Want to dream more about August
Loneliness crept with all the cold
Eventually you flickered my world
I wake up by morning and all I see
The blurriest shadows of you and me
Questions mess with my thoughts
Literally you flickered my notes
I walk at the pavement and I go
The brightest portals into you
Illusions cage my vivid mind
Apparently you flickered in time
The smiles have been flickered,
Into flames and now it's endangered
The stars tonight is twinkling in the sky
And you are a faded spark and I don't know why.
