sensitive
there are no such thing
as being too sensitive,
if we are being offended
and disrespected,
we often guard ourselves
with deafening silence
if ever it was ruled
to be impermissible...
if they really earned the right
to define someone as that,
they should be required
to have not experienced
emotional turmoil ever

LOVE POEM

sun sets.
remember at 4:30 pm
rushing to the leaves
in the peaceful forest
‘let’s go home before 6!’
i appreciate the silence
echoing when we walked
you’re face turned yellow
my heart was in shock
you promise me before
these colors of the sky
that you will bring in time
‘one day it will come by’
so i lingered by walking
autumn leaves were gone
the snow made it so cold
the cloud covered the sun
you never remember a thing
whenever it’s 4:30 pm
as i rushed to the leaves
everything already...
rushing to the leaves
in the peaceful forest
‘let’s go home before 6!’
i appreciate the silence

i really wish you remember
baby now it’s october
september’s gone but still raining
but now it’s all over
i just wake up from
the rainy nights you’ve spent
i knocked on your door
three times but you’re not answering
i stand to see the autumn falling
back before it was hard to see
it’s past eight in the evening
but you’re not willing to be with me
i really wish you remember
“i will come back in october”
i can pick up your calls now
baby tell me it is not over
i really wish you remember ...

greatest living doll of the high gates
men of all the kingdoms have sailed
why such beauty there’s tender lips?
abundance of rubies i wouldn’t admit
the flows of the river, carrying a sword
muttered, “why me compared to gold?
where i invited them to come to my room
take me all in with nothing to hold on
for i am, Isabella a whore you might call
i give as much who needs my body and soul”
i recant, “no, you’re Isabella, my only lady
you’re a poet, the only one i want to marry”

birthday sky
i can show the colors
that you’ve longed to see
all the sakura flowers
in this beautiful scenery
so just look at the sky
watch the clouds pass
and don’t you just mind
the Earth’s full mass
and when you feel alone
just close your eyes
imagine that you’re home
while taking a deep sigh
just hear the bird’s singing
happy birthday to you
while the sky is celebrating
with this majestic view
i’m glad that you turned
at the age of twenty three
all your scars and bruise ...

one second glance
days passed by while
watching the clouds pass
the sky is so blue,
while running so fast
the moon followed you
while you’re running
the wind so good
you felt it in your skin
you were learning things
the planets and stars
taking more adventures
passion in your heart
you wake up so early

window
i made coffee and sat beside the window
not doing at all, in a fine boring day after
i got no luck in work, tripped three times but
as always, i still feel like i may give a go
the sun had risen earlier than scheduled
i’m always flabbergasted about its magnificence
it almost wrapped the earth with gold
damn, the glorious light is just so priceless
and the sky so blue in the windy afternoon
kite smoothly flying in the coming monsoon
and kids playing, hopping around like zombies
realizing, i’ve missed how beautiful this world is...

forgive me
i wanted to live surrounded by trees
so much green in the atmosphere
and yet i breathe the dazzling breeze
and sleep for a lifetime of peace
for once, that kind of life was so simple
my dream once traveled through ripples
i opened my eyes and looked at the window
kids jumping in a pile of mountain out of sorrow
somehow i blame my feelings to anything
maybe the weather is not in my liking
yet somehow i feel like i need to run and stop
but yet, a month of rest is no longer enough
and they all want me to believe to...
so much green in the atmosphere

isolated
been going outside
to the park, groceries to buy some stuff
doing window shopping in the mall
trying a dress i could not afford
been drinking coffee
beside the imposing glass wall
watching the rain makes ripples
saying hi and sharing stories to strangers
but it feels like i’m just in my room all day
staring at the ceiling, hearing my heartbeat
overthinking while listening music
sitting in my darkest corners
praying that someone from the other side
could rip down my walls and
tell me that i am no longer isolated....
