Words so strong, freely thrown around at people with high hopes and no self-love. Starting to think that maybe it just isn't real. All guys really care about is sex appeal. "I love you" just seems to roll off the tongue.

Um. We are sexual beings, by default.
So. You can’t blame a man who professes his love, and then condemn him when he wants to share his passion & sexual desire.
The worst thing any person can do, is marry a partner that does not share a similar sex drive.
I couldn’t ever imagine marrying a man that never touched me holistically; mind, body & soul.
Sex, to me... is more important than those 3 little words if he is incapable of showing me his love through tapping into my physical being for mutual pleasure.
Afterall, sex equates to making love !
When people aren’t compatible sexually, divorce usually occurs.

The words no longer carry significance or weight as they once did. And I feel as though it was all very over rated to begin with, think about it, not 100 years ago 13,14,15 year olds were being married to grown men legally in the US, it still happens in other countries freely, marriage was never about love. Also women don't help their cause of wanting love and respect by degrading and debasing themselves as individuals or as a whole... Can't blame a man for taking advantage of what's offered. as for the poem. Try using line breaks and commas to insert pauses and structure. Separate ideas and thoughts. Great job with staying on topic and making clear points, keep it up. And don't lose hope.
