Undestand me,
When I say,
You fuck me up,
I’ll have my day,
So watch yourself,
Tread lightly dear,
For I can sense,
A wrong done here,
Late nights out,
I’m stuck in,
Can tell you’re lying,
The shit eating grin,
So watch yourself,
Tread lightly dear,
For I can see,
Perfectly clear...

Such raw emotion. In anger there is pain. Not sorry for you but with you. Such toxicity is excruciating and I sense it in this write. No suggestions for the poem but for you may I suggest, the only way to win with a toxic person is not to play. Wishing you peace.

Love this write!!..reminds me of The Eagles "Lying Eyes"..so many karmic implications and obviously you pick up on all the unspoken language because you FEEL something is amiss..

if they don't start to "tread lightly" on you i suggest you fill their suitcases, lift them by the scruff of the neck and put a boot to their arses. By doing that their cheating "tread" will not hit the ground let alone you. short and sharp. nice poem.
