The Crow

I wrote about a crow the other day
in the car-park lot
Perhaps you will remember
Maybe not
He was there again today
Dancing on the coping stones
Above the railway station.
it was cold, the stones were bare
No sweets this time to take and share
And then I thought, he is alone.
Twice I've seen him by-himself
But they always go in pairs.
For life  ..   ...   ...   ...
I've read it in a book.
Is he really all alone
Dancing on the coping stones ?
Is it then for life ?
