Acts of Love
The intoxication phase
When attraction blossoms
And we vow with hearts filled with joy
To do what caring does
Is the hidden bottom in Us
"I love you because
I needed the care"
It was in your eyes,that the present tense wasn't there
Perfection wasn't the promise
Neither was concealing reality
In the name of commitment
We fall short.
I blame loneliness
That blinding light
That stuns you're eyes
And tunnels you're vision.
U arrived
As rain in the desert
Cleaning the dust from my skin
Glistening like a idolized God
Worship brought me to my knees
But now religion has left me
And I am free to not believe

Its an honour to be able to do so,words are powerful especially,if they are meant,felt and chosen specificly.
Its just how I see it and how its felt,if I do get involved its everything or nothing kind of thing,it hits me hard when things end.but these days I'm seeing it diffrently.

Sometimes when ure not honest with yourself about what u are experiencing,lust,or attension can look like love,but I've learned a whole lot since then.Thnx for the input Harry,as always your wisdom shared is appreciated.
