When an insult
Is more comfortable
Than a compliment
U must know,u've lived at rock bottom
U must be aware,u've been surrounded by damaged people.
U must know they are wrong.
The captive,falls inlove with he captor
The abused becomes the abuser
The victim becomes what hurt most
Cycles in cycles
Chain links,linking on and on
Only truth sets you free
Only calling it by the name
Starts the process of ending the influence of the enemy.
Resist the repressor

Thnk u,I appreciate your comment,when we confont what hurt is,we create an oppertunity to heal,we remove to power a negative occurance had over us.with this poem I jst wanted to put it out there,that there is a way out,u don't have to selfdestruct to deal with what ever happend,u jst have to be brave and honest.
