Into It
She said, she will swallow her pride if he'll stay for years
And witness how life spins circles and never disappear
He said, hearts don't lie, they just shiver in tears
And act to be strong, when something comes with fear
He took her to a new level wonderland, not in the skies
And he was not into it, waving with tears and goodbyes
And just forgot everything and kept her in his arms every night
If he was blamed to be wrong, he will said sorry for the night.
"Let's forget everything and stay in this night
I'll make it last, baby, and I'll have you tight
Promise you, I'll give in and surrender if we had a fight
And blows all the trouble and whispers all right."
He showed his hands, and tears rolled down on his face
And whispered all the words to say, to make her stay in this place
But now, in a show of hearts on the floor, he went out of the door
And she was left frustrated, and asked, who has ever meant them more?
And this empty space left in their seats, where they should be
Sitting two by two, adding sugar and cream in a white coffee
The today before, entangled them with chains, they won't go into it
And assured tomorrow's clear, and pictures of them will fit
The today before makes a huge difference as the today now
They've been up in a white but they took a flight and went down
And they just want to go home, but their love is somewhere gone
And wished, if they weren't into it, all of this will never be done.
