Let me make these tongue swirls come into your world,
the way I twirl will make you lose control,
hold my head and let your body unfold,
lose control,
tongue bacchanal deep in your caramel vaginal canal,

I love those 4 "al/el" rhymes. All in one line. Good job.
Also like the quick switch to the scuba diving metaphor accomplished via "aqua marine"
Love the way it keeps the previous rhymes but throws in a new direction and rhyme.
