Summer Sun
Her face was rosey red
When the sun came down
And it kissed her head
She was so beautiful
"Breath takingly so," I said
She makes my knees weak
She makes my hands tremble
She leaves me speechless
As my thoughts assemble
She's got those blue eyes
And her soft taupe skin
Kissed by the warm summer skies
I've got to thank God
And all these stars above
For leading me to her
Through trial, errors of "love"
I wonder if she knows
That she's all that I think of
I know shes been hurt
Though I don't know how bad
I only want her to see
I never want her sad
Since the first day I saw
Her glowing soft skin
And I heard her voice
Something shines from within
It stuck with me since then
When the sun came down
And it kissed her head
She was so beautiful
"Breath takingly so," I said
She makes my knees weak
She makes my hands tremble
She leaves me speechless
As my thoughts assemble
She's got those blue eyes
And her soft taupe skin
Kissed by the warm summer skies
I've got to thank God
And all these stars above
For leading me to her
Through trial, errors of "love"
I wonder if she knows
That she's all that I think of
I know shes been hurt
Though I don't know how bad
I only want her to see
I never want her sad
Since the first day I saw
Her glowing soft skin
And I heard her voice
Something shines from within
It stuck with me since then
