Shouldn't

Don't listen to that talk.
Just leave it alone.
It'll only hurt more.

When you know they'll break you're heart.

I'd do it again.
'Cause where's the fun,
in diving down with a guarded heart?

You shouldn't fall,
if you watch your step,
I didn't.
You shouldn't cry over him.
I did.

I shouldn't.
Yet I do.
I certainly fell for you.
Once upon a time...
