is the ultimate wealth

thankful
i will be
as we sat
sipping coffee
taking in
the scenery
the thoughts
ran wild
yet
our feet
were touching the ground
excitement
is the flashiest
ingredient
in the recipe
called love
yet
pain
longing
are the most overpowering

would i expect

to do that
with me
