Darkness falls inside me
Occurrence on a Daily basis

Sunset
Within my mind
Crimson and tangerine sky
Scattered clouds
Black within
As the storm brews

The raven calls to me
My soul mate
Eater of flesh and bone
Destroyer of hope and dreams
Spread your wings
And
Embrace me
Trembling within your
Sweet caress of
Death and pain

The wolf circles
Watching
Prowling
But you are my pet
Flash of teeth
As you rip my soul
To pieces
Scattered across the earth
Warm and moss covered
Ancient and rich

Calling to me
Your words echoing
Inside my ears
Velveteen night
Touch me
Place your love upon
My tongue
And let me taste you
Drinking you down
As you slip slowly
Down my throat

Your seed planted within me
Allowing the growth of
Sorrow
To touch me
From the inside
The crystals of your birth
Shards ripping
Tearing me apart
As the eagle
Scratches my eyes
With it's talons
Piercing sight
So I am blind
Blood seeping
Dripping on my breast

Daylight streaming
Upon my crown
The heat
Turing to fire
Scorching my flesh
Evolving me into a blackened
Pile of charred bones

Crepuscular light
Greeting me
As I set myself on repeat

Of my essence
I am the darkness
