my dear friend

I wrote this rhyme to you my friend
Hoping today our words will blend.
The sun will shine for you and me
And all my muse will fly so free.
I’ll tell you jokes and hear your mind
Your inner thoughts make me so kind.
so tell me now about your thoughts
you make me feel we’re not robots.
And for all this I’d like to thank
For being there for being frank.
