archaic love letters to a deity
you send out a frequency
a low vibration
a hum that only i can feel
you call upon me to answer
your's is a cosmic language
that i pretend not to understand
i weep that i've traveled so far
to be free from your presence
in vice & deed
i pushed your hand from me
in the nebula of my departure
you nixed the portal behind me
in the void i left you
you took a mistress
& broke the suns of my tomorrows
i took the Earth as lover
we communicate through archaic love letters
i will reach my preordained destination
the outcome is still not known
so many vessels crushed
by your tyranny
still i address your court
with love in my heart
& honor that runs through my blue veins
