cranberries & ocean spray
walks in the sand

windswept loneliness
carried away
on a lavender breeze
~*~
little bits of sea shells
so lovingly collected
made into art
to mark where I've been
~*~
Big Sur forest meets ocean
if heaven resided on Earth
it's here
~*~
among the redwoods
my fey spirit is free
you will hear me chant
with a quiet lilt
~*~
in my reverie
I lose & find myself
slowly I trace my path
~*~
careful not to leave tracks
lest I disturb the fairies
who secretly play
with the giants
guardians of the place
~*~
let the winds carry you here today

I went camping in redwoods years ago and I couldn't stop staring up into the towering canopy in awe. I felt so very small and fragile there, and completely sheltered. Beautiful meditation indeed, my lady

My Beautiful Brenda....I am at my limit and unable to add and whined an "ohhh noooooo...." when informed...this is so lovely...took me off to such a peaceful and tranquil place...I could feel the sun and hear the ocean waves as I walked along side you....stunning!!
