SHE WEEPS SCARLET TEARS
She weeps scarlet tears
From bloodshot eyes
Nothing will last forever
Eventually true love seems to die
When tragedy rears it head
Hope walks out in the reaper’s guise
Hear my heartbeat as I receive death
Taste my poison kiss upon my breath
And follow me down into the depths
My bride in a mourning veil
Beneath carrion murderous gaze
I’m the spirit in the glass
Stillborn at the heart of the maze
She weeps scarlet tears
From bloodshot eyes
Through misanthropic years
When two hearts entwined
Dies
Die at the crack of dawn
Die as a worthless spawn
Die again way too soon
Die and forget my name
Die together
At dusk’s embrace
Light black candles just for me
And light the way for the deranged
Ghost light seduces the fog
And flickers its light on my grave
What’s it like to die? I’ll never tell
Lay before my crypt and wait a spell
And at last you shall know my Hell
Tombstones crumble ‘fore my quake
You past beside the dead long since lost
Though the throes of time remain
Gone to night in necrotic frost
She weeps scarlet tears
From bloodshot eyes
Through misanthropic years
When two hearts entwined
Dies
Die at the crack of dawn
Die as a worthless spawn
Die again way too soon
Die and forget my name
Die together
At dusk’s embrace
It seems she walks eternity
All alone within the black
As I write infernally
When specters find there way back
Home
She weeps scarlet tears
From bloodshot eyes
Through misanthropic years
When two hearts entwined
Dies
Die at the crack of dawn
Die as a worthless spawn
Die again way too soon
Die and forget my name
Die together
At dusk’s embrace
