"Make a wish"
As evening settles over the valley,
The night sky displays her glittering jewels.
The Scops owl’s distinctive quivering "krrrp” song, echoes between the trees
A bat flits by, filling its belly with flying insects.
Crickets and frogs host their symphony,
While a cool breeze whispers and kisses my cheeks.
Your eyes like green planets dance and twinkle,
Reflecting the warm embers of the camp fire
Your touch burns my cool skin,
Rousing insatiable desire within me
Your breath like flames to my lips,
Drawing the very life from my core
My heart seduced from my chest,
Beats as one with the universe
Your fingers skilfully master the melody in my body,
Producing ripples of ecstasy
Together we dance across the cosmos,
Music fills the heavens and entertains the crescent moon
The show crescendos,
And a shooting star signs its signature across the darkening sky
“Make a wish” you whisper breathlessly,
And I hold you close
