we utter our poetry
on the backs of stars
they flicker & shine
beam their light
into the minds of others
illuminate & transcend space
shooting across the heavens
one word at a time
infinite in nature
they never die
they travel the cosmos
shimmering in all their glory
we behold the ancient ones
from near & far
a spark is felt deep within
the thought is carried on
inside the hearts of others
a communal one
we share these gems
spoken from the lips
of one poet to another
reciting hope
with celestial prose
together we're a constellation
with light shared
guiding future poets
unto divine inspiration
