Whiskey

Neat
Three fingers
Often two more as a topper
Takes my growl down to a quasi snarl
Whiskey is serious business
Maybe even a religion
My women have to drink whiskey
Doesn't matter what kind
Irish and Bourbon for me
Scotch only if it's expensive
and someone else is buying
I'm good company
Fortified in sauce
Let the whiskey be complex
So I can stay simple
Haze, burn and glow
Cheers
