Alice, lost in Wonderland
365 days.
Now it seems all you can do
Is watch your life pass,
Slip away in front of you,
Desperately trying to break the glass,
The cage that you’ve caught yourself into.
Innocence.
Lost.
Alice?
Don’t you let your mind vanish.
Delusions.
When the threshold was crossed
And the door was shut,
You entered the world of illusions.
How are you not aware of the cost
you’ll have to pay in the future?
Wonderland.
Dreamworld, a place you created,
Your own piece of art,
Took the real one for granted.
Game over, wrong card.
Dead end.
A nightmare.
A slave of inevitable insanity.
You're not invincible, darling.
Don't rely on humanity,
Lack of it will only accelerate your drowning.
The world you once knew
Is falling apart in front of you,
Slowly killing someone in the crew,
Sadly that turns out to be you.
Reality.
Dissociated, so distant.
Questioning your own sanity.
It has become nonexistent.
It's not what you've chosen,
Didn't mean to get stuck.
Trapped in the claws of addiction,
Left in the dark.
Now your story is used as a tragedy fiction.
Still no one can hear you screaming,
Way too far from alright,
I bet this is what you wished for, honey.
To never again see the light,
Momma crying herself to sleep
every night,
Tell me, was the high worth losing this fight?
Now it seems all you can do
