The heart like thine

Innocence pours through my veins
I wouldn't hurt a ant when it bit me.
Lord let me refrain from the evil after the rain...rain of deception, disobedience and illwill.
Let thine enemies kneel before me when I turn the other cheek...protect my feet so they not stumble upon the swords, thorns Lucifer paved in my path.
Shield me with your armour...the blood you shed to wash away my sins.
Take my soul into yours so I can be filled...hide me from the wrath of my mistakes in your bussom and purify my clay with your holy spirit.
Dullen my claws, my teeth of jaws in times of desperation of revenge...give love to me so I may not be tempted of it by the devil.
Hear me! Oh Lord my rock and my strength that you are to me...
Give me a heart like thine my God
