Magnetic n' Neutral
And though the silence bear upon their worlds,
The energy radiated vivacious volumes
As their spirits collided across vehement atmospheres
Clawing at the reality of lyrical twists and cyclones
knowing less could be the result of milking time that was not there
There may not be a point to this magnetized draw
But perhaps the point never intended to be understood
Hence why electrical currents vaporize at our poetic halt
And conform to magnitudes of spiritual pull when the switch is turned to on......

The brain is filled with electrical currents. I'm sure this is about the poetic mind. Some poems happen when they happen and some don't.

I think I'm drawing more of a feeling, than an understanding.
Your work is otherwordly and abstract!
But, perhaps, most importantly, inspiring!

And it was nothing but feelings that bleed through the pen as I wrote this...so it connects that feelings would overpower anything :-). I am flattered to be inspiring in any way.

And I'm loving this deep, intellectual spill... The fact you said so much with less is very impressive too! :)

Thank you poetik. The short is something new for me. I actually went to finish it and my mind was blank....so that spoke enough to say it was complete :-). Thank you for connecting

For a short poem you pack a lot of punch into your words. Sometimes there are no clear answers...and mystery is all we can see. And that's as it should be. :)

Indeed my kindred Willow. Couldn't have said it better. Life without mystery would be so bleak and boring :-)

I concur with my fellow talented poets above me....much said within this...and to this line....
"But perhaps the point never intended to be understood" - everything happens for a reason and one day you will indeed understand....I believe that in my heart....excellent write...
