spring harvest
sleeps beneath a silver soil,

I await the relief

mid January;
starlings & other birds ; we
HEARD THEM LAST NIGHT, won't
be long now before they're
selling daffies at traffic
lights again

every city is scattered with so
many poems keep the faith

a robot fired the bullet in anger
and     then the birds were free

on hells straight and narrow
highway with engines screaming
to cell-net heartbreak-
how many times?
ringing like starlings; the
air is full of our cries

Henrys Theatre lay silent
nae actors left to need,
he knew that live people were breathing

eagle is flight, as is hawk
new as is
YOU
