Be Here With Me
(collab of Bliss and Prophet)
I wish I didn't have to leave.
I want to stay here with you, and keep the party going, but I must go.
I have this "real life", outside this awesome fantasy,
that beckons me home,
where loved ones and responsibilities wait.
It does not dazzle and amaze, like my time here with you,
but I must find my way home.
Like a current rushing its way to sea, I flow home
Flowing floating the path
The journey homebound
Rejoicing renewed impassioned
Marveling hopes drawn
awaiting
Moments never last forever, passing just beyond our grasp,
taking this moment to see where it goes,
trying to encapsulate it within a clear bubble, an indestructible dome,
but when they expand too much, too fast, these bubbles always pop,
and time comes rushing back in,
moments lost forever into the rushing current that is the river of time.
I wanted to hold on, but like vapor, air, sand, and water,
it just all slips away, evading my grasp,
and leaving me with nothing in my possession,
'cept for this clenched fist I hold close to my heart
A vortex flush
The drop churns
Bellies
Flop
Eyes
...Pop
Skies dim
Orange blaze shooting
Purple shadows
Cast heavy weight
Champion thunder
South paw
Maiming calm pastures
Blades sweeping clovers
Sucked through lucky
Chambers
How sad the Earth was when
the thick blanket of Clouds it came to know evaporated,
giving way to blue sky.
It's friends began to disappear, right before its very eyes.
Although The Earth had only known this crew of clouds for a mere moment,
only an instant, in the grand scheme,
they were more than friends,
now, they were family.
But then blue sky broke through, with the help of the sun,
driving this family further and further apart,
and then the clouds began to become more defined,
and then they disappeared before The Earth's very eyes.
They shifted and changed shape at the very end.
Finicky Clouds, always drifting, changing,
and going away in the end.
To be replaced by this blue sky,
this blasted blue sky.
"Why must I feel so alone?" Asked The Earth to itself,
staring up at the blue atmosphere, glaring in full sunlight.
"Why must I know and love friends, to let them fade and die, and drift on by?
Always leaving in the end.
Well, at least there's me.
Time moves on.
Cruel winds of change blow.
Replaced by gentle breezes.
And blue sky. Blasted, blasted blue sky."
Staring through the atmosphere, the Earth gives a wink to its shining star above.
"Well, sun, we still have each other"
Buddies united
Flexing capacities imperfect
In nature
The fifteen prior
Spin to runes
...Structures

Demons wild
Searching within
Scrapping yellow fields of flowers
Waving
Winds
Screaming
Merciless
Confounded
Searching
