Alone
Still I was.
Time moved alone.
Left swallowed whole, somewhere unknown.
No sounds were heard. No rustles, birds.
Answers kept ungiven.
Slow but driven, my movement through trees.
A single gentle strayed breeze.
Quiet stroll. Nothing new to me.
Been wandering in circles I feared.
"Wait!" I heard suddenly. I stopped and turned around.
Silvertouched. The moons excuse.
Through leaves trembled streaks of white, brightened soil.
Creation of puddles below.
A second wind. An echoing. Your voice was heard, I thought.
Light in dance and answers none.
