Cascade

The expression of this piece is.....so very beautiful.  
The emotion is so powerful. I can feel the intensity, in this stanza-

" the gravity of this heart
  will forever
    pull
   making a cascade
   across the skies"

This feels like a love poem, even a bit erotic at points, in a metaphorical sense. But there is also great heartache for one who has gone astray. That is how it feels to me but perhaps that is based on my own experience of loss and wanting to die rather than live without the one I love.
If one is to go cliff diving,
be sure the water beneath is deep
and then you will swim to see
there are more fish in the sea

No flattery, nothing's hidden from the wisdom and experience of your literate eye JJ, I indeed had trouble putting it in the right category, as it is a confluence of emotions...of heartache, longing, passion and above all inexpressible amount of love. I am yet to complete the image that I draw/paint since my adolescence, will complete and post next to it in time.  I get your message sir, yes there indeed are more fish in the sea, but if you're hooked onto a runaway Marlin then there ain't no chance to get yourself off the hook.

Oh, we all, as we fight our own personal demons, find ourselves atop that cliff. Some are able to put it all together and retrace their steps in order to go on living. We come into this world screaming and fighting that very first breath of air cliff, and we have many more moments of internal strife throughout our lives, until at last we find ourselves on that last cliff, but without the means to go back and begin again.
