If the heavens could speak,
I wouldn’t have to explain,
I wouldn’t have to express…
Express,
The emotions boiling inside my heart,
The feelings that ignite, confusion in my head,
Pound for Pound,
As I think of the broken pieces of my soul,
How do I stand before the heavens?
When I smile, even when it’s the hardest emotionally…
My eyes are wide open,
The only reason been the truth I see in the,
Darkness of my closed pupils…
Denial prevails as the story of my life continues,
The struggle to crack it leads the way,
But heartbreak and disappointment is all I find…
If the heavens could speak, then the world know,
I’m jealous of what the world sees…
