You're the altar
I'll sacrifice myself upon
Hoping for redemption
for all the things I haven't done
Yours are the battles
I'll bury myself in
Gladly entomb myself
for all my own I cannot win
A martyr I appear
all I've given for your sake
Truly just a sinner
burning at the stake
