Rebirth
Faineant fog…
Baleful bog…
Disturbing depths…
Of life’s detrimental deaths
Woeful waters…
Wandering walker…
Metaphysical mysteries...
Of life’s amaranthine miseries
Insatiable shadow…
Sadistic harrows…
Drowning deep...
In life’s steep scrap-heaps
Sunlight saturates...
Saturnine separates…
Petals bloom...
As I am exhumed from death’s tomb
Baleful bog…
Disturbing depths…
Of life’s detrimental deaths
Woeful waters…
Wandering walker…
Metaphysical mysteries...
Of life’s amaranthine miseries
Insatiable shadow…
Sadistic harrows…

Thanks man. I'm putting a lot more work, and thought into them now. I'm loving seeing what I've learned come through in my more recent works.

how this sparks the senses..
intellectually.artistically and emotionally..
your play on words were cleverly strung
together with an artists touch
but what i dug even more was the formatting
allowing your words to have their proper
breathing space so that the potency can be felt..
and the depth of meaning clearly conveyed
magnificent bro!

This is excellent feedback! Thanks man! Nice way to set the tone for my day! Especially, coming from such compelling writer! Appreciate the feedback very much! About the "spacing and breathing" part That really resonates with me, very helpful! I've never really thought much about that, so how i do that will be a strong consideration from now on. Thanks again man! I'm stoked that you enjoyed it!

I'm honored! Thank you for your kind words. I'm happy to connect with others through our art.
Re. Rebirth
Found it :-)
Apparantly it's saturnine day and seriously... I had to use google translate (learned a few new words)
This is such a strong piece! You already know how much I love alliteration, but the phrasing and the imagery in this one is amazing as well!

This is absolutely one of my favorites. It marks a milestone in my writing. I intentionally researched a deep meaning behind an item and wrote a metaphorical poem around it. It was the first time I put that type/style of effort into a piece. Thank you! (And yes, I love the word saturnine)
Re: Re. Rebirth
That's great! I sometimes do research as well :-)
I can see you put a lot of effort in this one and I think we all have our favorites! I also had a milestone... for me that was Honey, it was the first time I went experimental and a bit freestyle! After that I had some more of those, but then I kinda lost it :-(
I think writing is all about evolving... and also about accepting that the words don't always flow like you want them to...
