Shine your guiding light down on me
To lead me from the darkness that has come to be
And gaze upon another life that only I can see.
Light the way through this abysmal life
To show the infinite possibilities to end my strife
Let it lead me away from the hatred that clouds this world
And keep me shrouded in your hope that falls from above.
