I feel an aching inside;
A tightness in my heart
Demanding to be heard,
Begging to be felt;
When my soul is tired
I need a release,
The brutal heartache
Can't come quick enough;
My tears flow freely

Thank you Crim, I feel blessed by your comment and I too understand what you mean. You reach a point where your pain solidifies, blocking expression, yet still it needs an outlet. Your poems become your tears. It is still a good release.
