Enemy Mine (Duet)

Hero: "Enemy mine, I hate to miss 'ya. It’s been years since I last seen 'ya. Heard you’re getting along, in another city.
Enemy mine, you were truly the best, enemy that I’ve had.
Enemy mine, I don’t hate you, you had reasons and charm.
Enemy mine, I miss our fights too, the release without any harm.
Enemy mine, but not anymore.
Sometimes I miss being enemy, yours.
Darling I’m sorry...oh enemy mine.

Enemy sweetheart, and enemy heartbreak.
Enemy lover, and enemy mistake.
Enemy all mine, and enemy away.
Enemy to always, will we ever see the day?
Oh enemy sweet, and enemy kind sometimes,
enemy with a devilish smile, and a quick mind, and gentle e-eyes.
Enemy… mine. Enemy mine.
How you remind me, of past, forlorn times...

Enemy mine, the times we’ve seen.
Enemy mine, the people we’ve been.
We’ve been friends, we’ve been lovers,
we’re been enemies, one after another.
But you’ll always be,
above any another,
enemy mine.

Villain: "Hero mine, so long ago, the antagonist to my one-man show.
You were irritating, you were amazing.
So naïve, to strongly believe,
but beautiful and strong and better than me.
Oh, how I miss you,
hero mine...
You saved the world, but weren’t so good with people.
We had that in common,
sometimes we had to get away.
We see the world in different ways, but somehow, you became hero mine. M-mine.
And I love you, always.
But my love isn’t pure.
I am the villain baby,
and I don’t know what my heart is for.
But I’ll look out for you, from afar.

Cause if I got to close, always break you, always hurt you.
Never meant too.
And I need things, darker things than you can ever know.
But I want things, how I want things...
between us to feel like coming home!
I’ve missed you so much, I hope you’re happy.
Hero mine, we’ll be here again sometime.
Hero mine, don’t you ever go blind.

Chorus:
Villain: I hope your dreams don’t break you, I hope your friends are true.
Hero: I  hope the police don’t catch up, but I’ll break you out if they do.
V: Hope you never give up on me.
H: Hope you never go too far.
V: Hope one day you’ll come back to me.
H: Hope one day we’ll have kids instead of scars.

H: Enemy mine
V: Hero mine.

Hello, goodnight.
