I Wish I Could Say This Is A Dream

I grab the razor and put it to the
throbbing vein on my wrist.
I press down as hard as i can and slowly
cut downward.
I feel the vein burst open and blood
squirts everywhere.
Tear drops roll down my face and onto
the cut, making it burn
I know I'm dying so i whisper the last words
On my mind.(I love you..Always)
My eyes are starting to feel heavy
i slowly slip in and out
Finally i give in and close my eyes.
I see you. Sadness now in your dim
hazel eyes.
They used to glow when we'd be around each other.
Your perfect lips say something but i don't understand.
I try to Speak out but i am too weak, so i just lay there and say nothing.
I force my eyes open one last time and really see you, standing there screaming at me asking why?
I look into your eyes and see tears starting to form and i start to cry even more.
You help me stand up and away from the pool of blood.
You hold me for the last time.
I manage a smile because now i know you really did care.
I close my eyes and take a deep breath, inhaling your scent and
slowly drift off into darkness.
