Black feathers slowly turning blue
Beady eyes shed tears
Lamenting over a lover gone
And back to turning tricks
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Midnight finally settles in
The time for hatching plots
Beak and talons honed and sharp
He becomes a loveless bird of prey
Flying high with napalm thoughts
Accompanied by Valkyries
And nevermore a shred of doubt
That justice will be served.

Hauntingly beautiful.
The depth of sadness, as well as the intensity accompanied by the revenge of heart....makes this so very captivating.
It allows many emotions within to surface.
