Sometimes,
It feels like I’m never myself
Head tilted up just to give off a sense of confidence
I’m full of myself is how its perceived
Overlooking the lesser people I was once told
Funny how I hold the pen yet they fighting for the pages
Trying to cast the lead and I didn’t even make the shortlist
Funny how it’s my life story but I am just an extra
