Different
We live in a world where people see your skin before they see your heart.
They judge you from the start.
They stereotype you.
And refuse to see what is true.
Little children getting hate because of who their parents choose to date.
People getting slammed for say, "THIS IS WHO I AM!"
Girls and boys
Making noise.
Saying this and that.
"Ew! I look fat!"
Instead of teaching hate we should learn to appreciate.
Appreciate that we're all different.
She has curves.
He has nerve.
She has more skin
He is more thin.
She is white.
He is black.
Why fight?
On the inside we're all the same.
There's no reason to be ashamed.
You're a beautiful soul.
No matter what you are told.
They judge you from the start.
They stereotype you.
And refuse to see what is true.
Little children getting hate because of who their parents choose to date.
