Bad day
You ask for a cup of tea
I lick the drops unable to see
The words in your mouth were dead
The damage in your eyes was red
Don’t be afraid, we’ll manage the ache
The smell in our bodies will never break.
And now I’m here and you are far away
My whole life seems a bad bad day
You came with your suitcase
Trying to rest the case
Last morning, last kiss, last everything
My lust for you couldn’t change anything.
Little by little
The days will be sunny again
Little by little
The distance will smash the frame
Little by little
Our love will become our aim
Little by little
We’ll give this day a glamorous name.
And when the smoke fulfill the pain
our mystery will touch the rain
and when this world will lose the sky
our hearts will finally fly
above the echoes of our minds
inside the breathe of our last goodbyes.
Little by little
Little by little
Little by little
when this world will lose the sky
our hearts will finally fly
above the echoes of our minds
inside the breathe of our last goodbyes.
Little by little
our mystery will touch the rain
Little by little
our hearts will finally fly.
