The whiskey kisses me your still breathing
The whiskey kisses me
You're still breathing
drenching my humanity
Down my body
Consumed by my iniquities
Shovel in my hand
I feel the intense bleeding
Laying on the gritted grave, dirty
Screeching Lord have mercy
If your tuning into myself implemented suffering
Relinquish me of the sinning, gnawing my insides clean
Engulfing my ever being
Who is now in authority?
If my family new, disowned would be my destiny
Yet the world covets my eccentric needs
Mommy,
Please forgive me
Your choices I was never seeking
You're still breathing
drenching my humanity
Down my body
Consumed by my iniquities
Shovel in my hand
I feel the intense bleeding
Laying on the gritted grave, dirty
Screeching Lord have mercy
If your tuning into myself implemented suffering
Relinquish me of the sinning, gnawing my insides clean
Engulfing my ever being
Who is now in authority?
If my family new, disowned would be my destiny
Yet the world covets my eccentric needs
Mommy,
Please forgive me
Your choices I was never seeking
