Animal
What I feel for you is animal
Not soul, heart and hand
But flesh, tooth and claw.
Your scent engulfs me,
Intoxicates
My core responds with raw, primal need
Thighs quiver
Breath halts
Involuntary.
You seize me from behind
From beyond
Your hands like claws on my waist
Commanding
Your breath, then your teeth, gentle on the nape of my neck.
Then, not gentle.
With a force that transcends the perilous frivolity of of romance
A force older than endearment
A force that is black and white and nothing in between
A primal surge
We are suddenly suspended
As one being
No space between us
No air
No doubt
No guilt
Free from the falability of the human condition
For one moment,
Simply animal
Not soul, heart and hand
But flesh, tooth and claw.
Your scent engulfs me,
Intoxicates
My core responds with raw, primal need
Thighs quiver
Breath halts
Involuntary.
You seize me from behind
From beyond
Your hands like claws on my waist
Commanding
Your breath, then your teeth, gentle on the nape of my neck.
Then, not gentle.
With a force that transcends the perilous frivolity of of romance
A force older than endearment
A force that is black and white and nothing in between
A primal surge
We are suddenly suspended
As one being
No space between us
No air
No doubt
No guilt
Free from the falability of the human condition
For one moment,
Simply animal
