The human mind

An endless  maze, too many thoughts
logic lies and secrets from myself

The mind never rests
never stops thinking   and can't be quiet

My own mind distracts me from reality
imagination blooming

Eyes open or closed - the world may spin but no faster than my mind -
Intriguing, confusing and annoying all at once

Sometimes it needs to be muffled
so plug in the headphones, turn on the tele and blast the volume, right to the top
because sometimes it takes noise to create silence
