I'm On My Way Out

I'm on the way out,
I'm not long for this world.
I expect at death my soul to eject from the body,
Like a spurt of sperm from the penis at orgasm,
Oh the moment of joy that will be,
surpassing that of ejaculation !
Like the erection "dies" at ejaculation,
so too, my body that now stands tall will slump,
lifeless without the empowering soul within.

There are two possible destinations for sperm:
(1)either within the vagina or,
(2)outside the vagina.
Likewise for me: either I'll find myself within the heavenly Kingdom of God,
or else I'll be left outside, cursed, shunned, disowned, rejected, damned.

Like sperm cells within the vagina journey past the gateway of the cervix
Into the vast openness of the uterus to join the ovum,
I look forward to getting past the vestibule of heaven
and entering the inner sanctum, --  the sanctum sanctorum  --
where Christ dwells enthroned.

But since the sperm and egg are the template/paradigm,
The model I use to guide my expectations,
(Based on the Macro-Microcosm principle),
I take notice that only one sperm cell unites with the ovum.
While billions of others only surround the egg,
Missing out on the privilege of union with the same.
Most likely that's my fate I readily confess.
Probably only the chosen few gain full union with Christ,
The faithful martyrs who suffered extraordinary losses
without their love for God dying up,
Or those who freely gave all that they had,
not clinging to possessions (like I have shamefully done),

Yes, union with Christ, being elevated to angel-status  --  think of it !!
"Those found worthy..will become equal to the angels"(Matthew 22.30-31; Luke 20.35-36)
Oh the glory, the ecstasy, the orgasm of holy joy,
The endless ecstatic state that will never diminish !!
But how many of us strive in this life to attain later that sublime summit ?
Too few do.
Too few. Too few.
