Do I still miss you?
Someone asked me the other day
Whether I am missing you
Despite our situation
Despite what happened
Do I still miss you
I took the time to ponder on the subject
As it has been with me for a week or two
Sometimes I miss the thought of you
Sometimes I miss a moment in time
Sometimes there is a memory
Always I try to find peace
With life, choices and events
But sometimes it does dawn on me
That somewhere out there
You might be missing it too
Do I still miss you
It dawns on me again
I suppose I miss the memory
The part frozen in time
So I guess I’m saying
I do miss a memory with you

Fine and thoughtful write Lana. It's difficult to contain this kind of reflection in coherent lines, but you do so brilliantly!
