relishing in the fantasy world
or the hidden reality world
that lies inside of the cerebral headspace
all that i am
is all that i think
is all that i feel
is all that i conceive
conscious  
craving the fleeting lucidity
that takes over the mind
in the darkness
when the physical body is still
and the mental realm awakens  
and is alive
teeming with energy
exploding
 visions
 colors  
 sounds
a new world of infinite possibility
this is it
the true reality
i am in control  
cool wind hitting my face
i gaze around at a spectacular landscape
golden light encompassing all
grandeur mountains  
sapphire pools
vast
immense
stunning
unlike any reality of the “real world”
this place
inside of my mind  
is made up of absolute ecstasy.  
i wish to stay here
but a wave of billowing grey
engulfs all
as quickly as it can
it is over
this dream
this reality
is no more
