[Chicago] A Night on the Town

high
alive and
driving
Lake Shore Drive
[LSD]
the night
in our veins

caught
like moths
drawn
to lights
to geysers
manic cackle
gleaming incisors

breathe
the mist
feel the
rush
Buckingham
GUSH
Michigan hushed

stoned
barefoot tiptoes
on flagstones
lights flash
puddles splash
wriggle through wire
heart afire

taboo
terrain
after the rain
eyes ablaze
starstruck
through the haze
sparks sizzle
