From Siblings to Lovers

Two hearts both alike in sanity
And their lack of it together
Both together more comfortably
Than they ever were alone
For they find solace in one another
As well as their very being

They are almost like one being
The same in so many ways
They have always been believed
To have been siblings forever
But now a new question rises
As they realize a new tension between

Are they truly siblings at heart?
Or are they really lovers long lost?
This realization has thrown them both off
Yet they keep their composure and sanity
And remain as comfortable around one another
Just as they did before

A feeling sweeps upon them both
One they had never imagined
They would have for one another
So incestuous yet feels so right
A feeling of love and lust
For the one they both call their sibling
