Life Lessons Learned
Life Lessons Learned
Lesson 1: No Luck.
Opportunity, I've learned, does not merely present itself. Luck is a luxury. In order to get recognition one must exemplify resilience and dedication.
Lesson 2: No Breaks.
Life doesn't stop because hard times present themselves. It will not cater to our specific circumstances nor will it ease up, in retrospect, it will up the ante and switch into overdrive as soon as the road looks rough. Experience and age have nothing in common, wisdom nor insight are develop over time, they are acquired in strife. We create opportunities, life doesn't hand them to us.
Lesson 3: To Quit is to Fail.
I have walked through hell's fire and stood to watch the smoke fade. A million times I wanted to lay down and die. I am nothing if not fallible. The only way I have seen anyone fail, was when they stopped trying. I am not a failure, I'm just getting it right.
