The woman is objectified. How dare
One claim this is erotic, when it seems
Her core (whore) value is simply to share
And satisfy the libidinous dreams
Of the one who objectifies, in verse,
Her thoughts, ideals, ambitions, and her hope
That she will please her owner; is it worse
Than art's aesthetic values? Can she cope
With being so dehumanised and used,
As if she were an animal restrained;
But there again, she loves to be abused,
And delights in the victory he's gained
Over her poor person - the wanton whore;
Objectified, she murmurs; I want more!
