Little Match Girl
I begged from you
A sliver of silence
Which you returned
With motion
Hands on my hips
Guiding you into me
The quiet bearing down
On you as you
Force my screams
You arm yourself
With passion stripping
Me bare of pretense
It is all in the taking
Of what I never offered
Sure and that’s your game
But I know
It is more for me
To lay back on your pillows
Than to go beyond
My own doors exploring
Because in my depths
Is the scape of your heart
And when we join
I am undone
Born anew
In the likeness of you
A sliver of silence
Which you returned
With motion
Hands on my hips
Guiding you into me
The quiet bearing down
On you as you
Force my screams
You arm yourself
With passion stripping
Me bare of pretense
It is all in the taking
Of what I never offered
Sure and that’s your game
But I know
It is more for me
To lay back on your pillows
Than to go beyond
My own doors exploring
Because in my depths
Is the scape of your heart
And when we join
I am undone
Born anew
In the likeness of you
