The Road
I keep walking,
Paving the way as I go.
Going wherever the sky takes me.
I'm not yet heading home..
I left for the road.
Despite what you might think,
I can handle this on my own.
No matter how long it'll take,
But I hope that when I get there..
I'll be able to look back upon myself.
To see the road I formed behind me,
And see you standing there.
Because I keep you closer than ever.
So that I am never alone.
